After an incredible 2019/2020 season, Bukayo Saka has been nominated for PFA Young Player of the Year.
Saka has been a prominent figure for the Gunners in the 2019/2020 season as he provided 12 assists and scored four goals in 37 games.
The other nominees are Tammy Abraham, Trent Alexander-Arnold, Mason Greenwood, Mason Mount, and Marcus Rashford
Five Gunners have picked up the award in the past; Tony Adams, Paul Merson, Nicolas Anelka, Cesc Fabregas, and Jack Wilshere.
Saka’s nomination comes on the same day that he could make his debut for England under-21s.
England will play against Kosovo this evening in the first game of qualification for the European Championships which will be held in Hungary and Slovenia next summer.
The senior award will be contested solely by Liverpool and Manchester City players. Trent Alexander-Arnold, Kevin De Bruyne, Virgil van Dijk, Jordan Henderson, Sadio Mane, and Raheem Sterling all made the cut.
