According to Gazzetta.it, Arsenal will have to pay €50 million (£44.98m) as transfer fee for Napoli striker Arkadiusz Milik.
It has been reported that Napoli owner Aurelio De Laurentiis has told Milik’s agent that he has just under three weeks to reach an agreement over a new contract or he will be sold.
De Laurentiis wants €50 million (£44.98m) for the Poland international if he is sold, and the Napoli chief also wants to include a release clause of €100 million (£89.97 million) in his new deal, according to the report.
The Italian publication has claimed that Arsenal, Juventus and Atletico Madrid are interested in the 26-year-old.
According to WhoScored, Milik has made 14 starts and two substitute appearances in Serie A for Napoli so far this season, scoring nine goals in the process.
The Poland international also made two starts and two substitute appearances in the Champions League for the Italian club this campaign, scoring three goals in the process, according to WhoScored.
Meanwhile, FC Ufa General Director Shamil Gazizov has said that Arsenal wanted to sign 20-year-old defender Igor Diveyev before he moved to CSKA Moscow, initially on a loan deal.
Sport.ru quotes Gazizov as saying, as translated by Tribal Football:“Arsenal and Monaco were interested in Igor, but they chose CSKA.
“This was the best continuation for him in development. My relations with (CKSA coach Viktor) Goncharenko also played a big role, plus Diveev himself wanted it.”
