Mikel Arteta’s men will take on Leicester City away at the King Power Stadium in the third round of the 2020/2021 Carabao Cup.
The game will be played either on 22 or 23 September 2020.
Following the club’s qualification for the UEFA Europa League, the Gunners will enter the competition at the third round stage this season.
Last season, Arsenal went out of the Carabao Cup in the 4th round in that wild 5-5 (5-4) match against Liverpool. The season before that, it was Spurs in the Quarters, and before that, the Gunners lost to City in the Final. Arsenal haven’t gone out in the 3rd round since 2014-15 when they lost to Southampton.
Arsenal’s third-round tie will take place between Premier League clashes with West Ham (H) and Liverpool (A).

This season the Carabao Cup semi-finals will be one-legged ties, with the game to be played at the venue of the club drawn out first.
